Shipping Policy

Processing: Here at Bluenose Blooms Home & Garden, we know that you are eager to support our small business and excited to receive our products. Our team works tirelessly to hand pack each item we sell with gentle care and attention. Most orders will be processed within 7 business days of purchase plus carrier delivery times. Some items may require additional processing time, but this will be clearly noted in the item description prior to purchase. Once shipped, Bluenose Blooms Home & Garden is not responsible for any unexpected delays in shipping timelines related to the carrier delivery service (i.e., weather delays, work stoppages, etc.). 

During high demand periods (i.e., Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), processing times may be delayed. Please give yourself enough days in advance of ordering to ensure that your items are processed and shipped in time to arrive at your destination. Shipping methods: We offer a variety of shipping options to all of our Bluenose Blooms Home & Garden customers. At checkout, you, the customer, will have the option to select between several options based on your shipping needs. Shipping times may vary due to external factors such as weather delays, work stoppages etc. Once shipped, Bluenose Blooms Home & Garden is not responsible for any external delays in shipping related to the carrier delivery service

Shipping rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include the final size and weight of the parcel as well as the shipping destination. Each of the items in our store has been given a weight and size that is used to calculate single item shipping. When shipping single items, this amount will be displayed in the shipping section of checkout as normal. Due to the number of products in our store and their varying weights and sizes, you will save on shipping when ordering multiple items. When you add more to your order, the cost of shipping is often a similar price to shipping single item orders. At checkout, you will be able to view a selection of shipping options during the checkout process and before finalizing your transaction. You are responsible for the charges of the shipping option you have selected at checkout which will be added to your final bill. Shipping costs will vary according to size, weight, and destination for delivery. Shipment tracking: Bluenose Blooms Home & Garden offers standard and express shipping with tracking. At checkout, customers can choose between different shipping options based on priority of delivery. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email from us with tracking information. This tracking information will allow you to actively monitor the process of your shipment and expected delivery date. Please note, that expected delivery times and updates may take 24-48 hours to be updated by the carrier delivery service. Once shipped, Bluenose Blooms Home & Garden is not responsible for any delays in shipping related to the carrier delivery service (i.e., weather delays, work stoppages, etc.) or any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged packages: We take great care in making sure that your items arrive safely to your destination. However, once the package has been handed over to the carrier delivery service, Bluenose Blooms Home & Garden is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any issues related to lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be addressed directly with the carrier delivery service. Where possible, we will work with you to the best of our ability to provide necessary documentation or support you to address the issue. However, once handed over to the carrier delivery service, it is the responsibility of the recipient(s) to address any issues related to lost, stolen, or damaged packages directly with the carrier delivery service

Address Accuracy: To help prevent any delays in shipping or mis deliveries, please ensure that the recipient address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Bluenose Blooms Home & Garden is not responsible for packages being delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrectly inputted address.
